At the Target on Broad Street, there is a new warehouse/bulk items section where the seasonal items usually are. Today we found children's T-shirts for $3.00 and children's flip-flops for $1.00.
At the Kroger on E. Broad Street near the health and beauty section there is a special display of personal care items where we found toothbrushes for just $1!!!
